Nendoroid Yunyun

Hello all, welcome back. Today we start another review! Today we are taking a look at Yunyun from the anime Konosuba. I've covered Konosuba before in both Aqua and Darkness nendoroids. As if you are an average reader of the blog, then you know that Konosuba has to be one of my favorite shows in recent times, and I've been reading the light novel. And for those of you who don't know what Konosuba is, it is a comedy anime making fun of the Isekai, which is the person travels to a fantasy world genre in anime. I would go into depth about this, but that would take away the spotlight from Yunyun. So let's dive into this figure.

Starting off with the box itself.

Now, let's open the box!
Here is what she comes with.
1x Nendoroid Yunyun
3x faceplates
2x legs
2x hands
4x interchangeable arms
1x basket
1x stand

And here we have the 360 of the figure!

Now, this Nendoroid has the standard Nendoroid articulation with a few things here and there that are extra.

The head can move up, down, and move left and right.
The shoulders can rotate around.
And the arm and hand can rotate around as well.
The legs have some articulation, able to move forward and backward.
As well able to do some what of a split.
The hair decoration can rotate around as well.
Moving on from articulation, she comes with three different face plates.
1. Determined face.
2. Sad face.
3. Crying face.
And now we are moving on to the body. As one would know, nendoroids have limited articulation, but you can swap out the limbs for more expression poses.

And now, we have another accessory, a basket! Its a cute little basket with come goods that Yunyun has.

And so we can do poses like this.
And finally, my favorite thing you can do with this figure. An exaggerated crying scared pose!
This has to be my favorite thing about this figure.

And now for the size comparisons.
Compared to Nendo Aqua.
Nendo Darkness
And Nendo Megumin...oh wait I don't have her...
So in the anime, Yunyun is always put down or tossed aside in a comical way. So does the figure deserve to be treated the same way? Well...maybe?

One of the major issues I have with this figure is that it loose. Basically, when I swap off the faceplates it ends up coming apart real easy. The back hair comes off or really loose.
Another issue I have is that she doesn't exactly fit on her stand.
And can easily fall over if not careful.
And in terms of what she comes with, it isn't a lot. But does that mean this figure sure be tossed aside?
In my honest opinion, I say no!
And the reason I say that is because of not the quantity of the parts, but because of the quality of the parts. And by that, I mean what can be expressed. The crazy waving hands are what made me purchase this figure, and therefore they are what gave this figure a yes for me. The expressions given form this figure really make it worth getting. However that may be a no for many people due to the lack of things it comes with, but sometimes it is nice to have a simple figure. As for the loose parts, that may just be mine, but even if it isn't, these figures mostly stay static, so I don't think it is that big of an issue. Between the very expressive options and the simplicity of this figure, I say it gets a good rating. But if you aren't really a fan of this show then I would give it a pass.

Until next time,
