Nendoroid Kazuma

Hello everyone! This week I bring you another review. This week we are looking at Nendoroid Kazuma from the Konosuba series. If you have been a follower of this site, then you know this is my...fourth Nendoroid from the Konosuba series. As of this point, I have four of the six Nendoroids in the set. Still waiting on Megumin, but luckily she should be here by...march...maybe? (Thank you good smile for the reissue.)

As one maybe able to tell, I'm an avid fan of the Konosuba series, so I'm super happy to get Kazuma. Also as a quick side note, Konosuba is getting an English dub! In addition to the movie coming out. A lot is going on, so why not celebrate the news by talking about the Hikki-neet himself...Kazuma.

Box
Starting off with the box itself. It is a pretty standard Nendoroid box.

Unboxing

 Lets open the box.
And here we have Kazuma in the package.

Figure

Let us take a look at the figure itself.

The cape is also removable.

Articulation

Like with all Nendoroid figures, they aren't known for articulation, but they still have some.

Starting with the head, we can look left and right.
And it can go all the way around, even with the cape on.

The standard arms can rotate up like this.
Here we have the same pose without the cape.
While we are still on the standard parts, the fists can rotate around.
Removing the cape again, we can see exactly how far down the head can look.
Same articulation with the cape. (The cape really limits the articulation.)
There is a bit of hip rotation, but nothing to really write home about.
The legs have that limited movement that Nendoroids tend to have.

FLYING KICK!

Accessories

Kazuma does come with a fair amount of additional goodies to really bring this character to life. Starting off with the optional faces.

We have the standard smile neutral face.

The creepy/evil face.

And the scared screaming face.

We have bent arms that do give an added bit of arm articulation.
These arms provide additional articulation. Such as moving side to side.

The open hands are not the only ones we get with this figure. We get an open hand with a slot in it.
The open slot is for the water effect part. Which is used when he uses his create water magic.

CREATE WATER!

We get an open fist.

This fist is for Kazuma's adventuring sword. (Not sure if it is Chunchunmaru or not).

Then we have another hand that has a smaller hole.

And this hole is for...oh no...

Oh...No...

RUN KAZUMA!

Speaking of running, we get this nice bent leg, for nealing, skipping or running.

I said run!

RUN!

Size Comparison
A quick measurement of Kazuma.

And now, next to the useless goddess herself...
 Best girl...
 And not Megumin.
And finally, next to the High Grade The Origin, Guncannon.

Conclusion

Overall this figure is pretty average. While it is Kazuma and I'm super happy to have him. (One step closer to the full set) The figure is just average. I'm glad it comes with the water effect part, and he has a fair amount of accessories, which really compliment the figure, but compared to the others, he seems a bit lacking. Maybe I'm too hard on the poor guy. He does have a lovely removable cape. He has that nice optional articulated arms, and I do love the faces he comes with. He really fits with that comedic style that the Konosuba series has established, and Good smile has done an excellent job at recreating that in a chibi, 3-D figure.
While he has some things worth getting, he is very simple. If you like that, or just want to get the whole set like I do, then go for it. I'm just happy we got a Kazuma honestly. And now...we have some dungeon crawling to do.
